Cas Comte is a small, luxury hotel and spa. Housed in a restored country manor house, a sympathetic eye for detail has created a calm and welcoming environment.
Located in the small and tranquil village of Lloseta, between the church and the Ayamans Palace, with the World Heritage Sierra de Tramuntana mountains behind, and the quiet country lanes of the Mallorcan plain in front, our luxury Mallorca hotel is a great jumping-off point for walking, hiking, cycling, gastronomy, wine-tasting and other trips into Mallorca's hidden nooks.
Suites and rooms
Each of the 14 rooms and suites is spacious and individual - using the building's inherent quirks means that no two rooms are exactly alike. Hand-worked stone and tiled floors combine with cosseting contemporary touches just where you want them - large comfortable beds, crisp white sheets, pillows like clouds.
All have a private bathroom with full-size bath (all suites have a whirlpool bath) and combined or separate shower as well as individually controlled heating and air-conditioning.
The comfort is backed up with more than enough technology to keep you connected - flat screen TVs have satellite channels, as well as a wireless keyboard so that you can use the TV as a computer monitor to access the internet. Complimentary WiFi is available in all areas, for those who bring their own devices.
All rooms and suites also include telephone, radio, minibar and safe, as well as a hairdryer, amenities, bottle of cava, welcome sweets, Nespresso machina for coffee and tea, slippers, bathrobes and more.

Gastronomy in Mallorca
Wake up to our extensive buffet breakfast - you can breakfast in the courtyard in front of the hotel, soaking up the morning sun between trips to the buffet.
Dinner is provided on a request basis for those guests who would like it. Let Bernat or Catalina know before mid-day, and their mother Antonia Bunyola will prepare a home-made dinner from a daily set menu that includes starter, fish or meat main dishes and dessert, using the best local produce available that day, from ecological sources where possible. Dishes include Mallorcan specialities.
Dinner is served at 20.00h. We can provide meals for vegetarians and coeliacs, as well as low-salt dishes and more.
We can also recommend places to eat locally - for example, Celler de Can Carrossa just a few hundred metres from the hotel and Santi Taura, also in Lloseta. Neither have a written menu, they simply provide a tasting menu based on what is best in the market each day. It is worth booking in advance, as they are often full.
All guests have free access to the spa centre, which includes a sauna, Turkish bath, ice fountain, special thermal showers and essential oils, and a relaxation area with thermal chaise lounge and jacuzzi.
Make the most of your 'me' time with a massage or beauty treatment, which can be arranged in advance at reception and are available at an additional cost. Choose from:
- Partial or full body massages
- Indian Head Massage
- Ayurvedic Treatments
- Tritechnic (using ayurvedic, lomi-lomi and shiatsu techniques) Treatments.
We also offer body treatments using fruits, silk and spices as well as yoga sessions for individuals and couples.

On our visit to Lloseta, we can not miss the "Oratorio del Coco" and the "Palacio de Ayamans"; the latter

Until the late nineteenth century, Ayamans and Lloseta, were separated nuclei, starting from this date its expansion and annexation.
