Our villa enjoys an idyllic location, nestled on a dirt tongue between Lake Esperanza, which is the largest natural lake in Majorca (continuation of the natural park of the Albufera) and the bay of Alcúdia. With a beach of 6 endless kilometers of white sand beach and crystal clear waters, perfect for children since you have to go deep into the water to cover. With all the services and activities to have fun as a couple as a family.
The charm of our villa lies in its situation: a quiet area by the lake and the beach but less than 500 meters from the most commercial area of Alcudia (Avda. Pedro Mas y Reus), where you will have all kinds of shops, restaurants , Bars, discos and much more.
On the ground floor, our spacious living / dining room will find a double sofa bed, cheslonge in which to enjoy a 40 '' Tv with satellite receiver, DVD player and air conditioning.
The dining room is equipped with a design table for 10 people, where you can enjoy exclusive evenings.
The kitchen is fully equipped, has refrigerator with freezer, oven and microwave, vitro-ceramic, extractor of central island, sink and dishwasher, as well as all the utensils you may need.

On the terrace, embedded in the rear facade of the villa we have a barbecue made to measure, where you can prepare delicious grilled dishes.
On our terrace we have a gazebo pergola with a natural teak table in which to enjoy meals or dinners outdoors with exquisite lighting.
Our villa has a private garden completely fenced, so it is safe for children to play and is also fully lit in the evenings. You also have a 6x2.2 meter pool-jacuzzi and a sauna. There is also a charming little children's house where the little ones can play without limits, a pingpong table and a 3-seat kayak with which to explore the Lake Maggiore in Alcúdia.
Access to the villa is done from the Acacias street by private entrance through a pedestrian access door or through the sliding door to enter with your vehicle. It has private parking space.
From the entrance, through a staircase leads to the first floor, where we find the master bedroom, composed of a double bed, a large wardrobe, safe, air conditioning, direct access to the en suite bathroom with whirlpool and private terrace Of 9m2. The secondary room has two beds of 90 x 190 cm equipped with air conditioning and window with climalit and closet.
The third room has a convertible trundle bed in double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning and window with climalit.
In the hallway, joining both rooms, there is a bathroom that has shower with natural stone flooring and hydromassage sprinklers, wash basin and wc. From the landing you access through a design staircase to the fourth bedrom bathroom with shower ensuite and a private terrace with enviable views.
The entrance of the villa is very bright by the skylight that runs all the stairs to which it gives access, next to the courtesy toilet and the hallway to the living room.
In the utility room we have a washer-dryer, iron, vacuum cleaner and utensils necessary to keep the villa in good condition.
If you need a baby cot or high chair, please let us know in advance.
To confirm the booking we request a deposit of 10% in advance. The balance is paid at arrival in cash, unless previously been agreed otherwise payment.
The ECOTAX is included in the price.
ON ARRIVAL
The villa will be available from 16.00hrs the day of your arrival. Early arrival is not recommended since this is when general maintenance service is carried out. Anyway, if you are due to arrive earlier, you can contact us, and we'll suggest you places to go shopping, have some meal, or even arrange an earlier arrival time.
ON DEPARTURE
On your departure day you should leave the villa before 10.00 a.m. As you may understand, we must have it prepared for the next guests. However, if you have a later flight please don’t hesitate to contact us, since we can take care of your personal belongings. In case the property is not being occupied, we may also arrange a later check-out time.
INTERNET
WiFi free of charge is available for our guests, by meaning that you can bring your laptop and stay connected throughout your whole stay.
TELEVISION
The villa has a television with TDT (terrestrial digital television) and Astra satellite.
SAFETY
Our villa is completely fenced and totally safe for children. It also has security doors.
Although Alcudia is a very low risky area, we recommend you, all your valuable belongings not to carry them with you to the beach.
It is also important to ensure you that all doors and windows are correctly locked the moment you leave.
CLEANING
The villa has an utility room equipped with a washing machine, clothes line and all the cleaning material that may be needed to maintain the villa.
The kitchen includes a dishwasher to save you time to enjoy your holidays.
You'll find the villa in clean conditions and provided with sheets and towels (please bring your own beach towels).
As far as possible we request you to keep the villa clean and tidy during your whole stay.
Rubbish should be placed in specific bags at the containers located at the road for this purpose.
WATER
The scarcity of water in Majorca is a fact that should make us feel conscious about it and try not to waste it, so we would appreciate if you had it in mind.
Majorca's water is suitable for cooking but it is not recommended to drink it.

Alcanada Golf
This Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed 18-hole golf course opened in 2003. Situated in the northern part of the Mediterranean island of Majorca, Alcanada is located in Alcudia, right by the sea. The 6.499 meter long course blends naturally into the typical Majorcan terrain. The name giving island with its lighthouse, just off the shore, can be seen from most of the holes. Apart from the splendid sea view, the players are surrounded by pine and olive groves. Even though a young course, Alcanada is already recognized by a number of well known golf magazines and golf guides as one of the finest courses in Spain and Europe.

Alcúdia is today one of the most celebrated towns of Mallorca. It enjoys a privileged geographic location: situated
northeast of Mallorca, 54 Km. from Palma, is nestled on a peninsula that separates the bays of Alcudia and Pollença.
In his more than 30 Km. From coast beautiful sandy beaches, rugged cliffs and secluded coves are of great beauty.

Alcúdia, the historical center and surroundings
The historic town of Alcúdia is the core of the borough of Alcúdia.
Within the medieval city people have been living for centuries and is still one of the most populated points
important. It is true that the walled Alcúdia is now too small to accommodate population growth and
successive migrations that have increased with the development of tourism from the 70s.
Therefore Alcúdia has been expanding its borders. Gradually have been reconverted tillage farms located
outside the walls in living areas able to accommodate population growth. Some of these areas
are currently urbanized S'Anglès, S'Hort de ses Barreres, Ca Na Saloma, Ca Na Ferrera and Sa Pilota
that have advanced in a figurative form the walls of Alcúdia.

Port d'Alcúdia, the beach to Alcanada
The other traditional inhabited area of Alcúdia is called Port d'Alcúdia and covers the area from
Alcudiamar Marina to Alcanada. Its epicenter was located in the small harbor where
fishermen for centuries. Its present appearance has changed the face of this place that has been modernized
never forgetting his humble origins.
In the 50s the traditional life of this place was altered with the construction of the power plant
GESA (you can still see its structure) and the adjacent village of GESA. This became the time on a
strong demographic and labor momentum increased with the expansion of the commercial port.
Following the coastline to the north we find Alcanada, a residential area of chalets, quiet
and select which today is the same booming with the construction in 2004 of a golf course with 18 holes.

Platja d'Alcúdia, the coastline to Platja de Muro
The Platja d'Alcúdia is the zone that most quickly has developed and which reckons

occupied by the beach, dune area and farming land. With the tourism and real estate development has been

A water based theme park with activities for young children. From

Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft - sehr bequem und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Super sind Sauna und Whirlpool. Absolutes Plus: der kurze Weg zum Strand und das Kanu, mit dem man den See vor der Tür erkunden kann. Nicht zu vergessen die sehr nahen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein Vermieter, der immer ansprechbar ist, versucht alles möglich zu machen und tolle Tipps für Erkundungen auf Lager hat. Da verkraftet man auch den Verkehrslärm gerne wieder!

Nachdem wir bereits im Vorjahr ein Haus des gleichen Vermieters gemietet hatten, haben wir dieses Jahr nicht lang gezögert.
Sehr schönes Haus - modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Schöner Garten.
Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Und wenn etwas fehlt, reagiert Jose sofort !
Das Haus liegt in einem Bereich von Alcudia, der abseits des Massentourismus ist.
Dennoch ist alles gut zu erreichen (Fussweg zum Hafen ca. 45 Minuten am Strand entlang). Ein Auto ist jedoch zu empfehlen.
Der Strand ist traumhaft. Nicht voll, keine Liegen, herrliches Wasser, das viele Meter noch sehr flach ist. Daher ideal für Kinder. Fussweg zum Strand: 3 Minuten.
Zu loben ist auch der Vermieter Jose. Jederzeit hilfsbereit (auch bei später Ankunft nachts um 1) und freundlich. Danke für den tollen Service.
Erwähnen muss man noch, dass die Hauptstraße sehr dicht ist, also Verkehr zu hören, aber nicht störend ist.
Wir kommen ger wieder !!!

La casa igual que de bonita y espaciosa que en las fotos, y a dos pasos de la playa. En realidad para estar allí no se necesita coche, pero la isla es preciosa, todo esta muy cerca y es impensable no hacer excursiones en coche.
El propietario muy amable, te recibe con una botella de vino y un cesto de fruta, que se agradece al llegar, aunque hay un supermercado muy cerca que abre hasta los domingos.
Quedamos muy contentos y deseamos poder volver pronto.

Das Haus hat alles was man sich wünscht, moderne Einrichtung, gut ausgestattete Küche, klimatisierte Schlafräume und einen super Garten mit kleinem Pool. Das Haus war in einem sehr sauberen Zustand.
Über die große Strasse vor dem Haus gelangt man wohl zu einem der schönsten Stränden Mallorcas. Da in unmittelbarer Nähe (200-300m links und rechts der Strasse entlang) kein Hotel liegt, wird dieser Abschnitt meist nur von den umliegenden Hausbewohnern benutzt, so dass der Strand entsprechend leer ist.
Fussläufig werden alle Bedürfnisse des täglichen (Urlaubs-)Lebens befriedigt.
Ein großer Supermarkt ist ca 1-2 Minuten entfernt, Restaurants und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ca 10 min, selbst Pubs und Clubs sind fussläufig in 15-20 min zu erreichen.
Sollte man weiter weg wollen, bietet der öffentliche Nahverkehr (eine Bushaltestelle ist ca 400m vom Haus entfernt) alle Möglichkeiten.
Auch ein großes Lob an den Vermieter der jederzeit sofort zur Stelle war, wenn man Hilfe benötigte, zudem lässt seine eigene Strandbar (ca 10 min zu Fuss) keinen Wunsch offen. Sehr leckeres Essen und ein wundervoller Ausblick in den Hafen von Alcudia laden zu traumhaften Abendstunden ein.

Das Villa ist sehr sauber, die Einrichtung Nagelneu, Supermarket ist in 1 Minute erreichbar, man kann das Meer in 5 Minuten erreichen. Alles in Allem sehr empfehlenswert. Preis Leistungsverhältnis Top!

Wir haben traumhafte 10 Tage Anfang Okotber in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Für unsere drei kleinen Kinder war optimal, dass wir den Jaccuzzi Pool außen einfach bei Bedarf zuklappen, und sie dann im (vollständig umzäunten) Garten sicher spielen konnten. Auch das Meer war super einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen - das gibts echt nur selten! Und der Strand ist ebenfalls perfekt für Kinder. Klasse Urlaub!

We rented this great house for about twenty days.
The villa could not be better equipped and has all the comforts for an unforgettable holiday: a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, comfortable beds, free wi-fi, barbecue, but above all a very big jacuzzi ...
Upon our arrival the house was ready and in the kitchen we found some food (a bottle of wine, a basket of fruit, water, milk, cheese, etc. ..) and also the need to use a dishwasher and washing machine, towels and soap in the bathrooms).
The house is just around a beautiful beach, which is reached by crossing the main road and about fifty meters of pine forest, is also just 50 meters from a well-stocked supermarket and close to bus stop.
The owner is very kind and helpful and gave us very valuable tips for our holiday (restaurants, beaches, transportation, cultural tours), as well as being always available for any need.
We could not hope for better ..

Лучший незабываемый отдых длился 41 день на супер-вилле у Хосе! Все было просто замечательно! Начиная с встречи с Хосе и заканчивая удобствами и сервисом! Всем советуем здесь отдыхать, так как лучше места не найти. Расположение виллы удачное - до пляжа, остановки автобуса и супер-маркета идти меньше 5 минут. На пляж едут специально даже из отелей, так как здесь не так много народа. На вилле все есть, все уютно и удобно. Если возникали какие-то просьбы и проблемы, они решались моментально, стоило позвонить или написать Хосе.
Передаем огромный привет Хосе и величайшую благодарность за наш отдых! Это сказка! Спасибо!!!

Best unforgettable holiday lasted 41 days on a super-villa from Jose! Everything was just great! Since the meeting with Jose and finishing facilities and service! Everyone is advised to rest as the best place to find. Location villas successful - to the beach, bus stop and super-markets to go less than 5 minutes. On the beach ride specially even a hotel, as there are not so many people. The villa has everything, all cozy and comfortable. If there were any requests or issues that they solved immediately, it was necessary to call or write to Jose.
We transfer huge hello to Jose and the greatest gratitude for our vacation! This is a fairytale! Thank you!!!

My family and I stayed at Villa Spa for 1 week and had a lovely time. Jose was a great host. He responded quickly to any issues we had, including when we locked ourselves out of the villa and when I left my purse behind, he was able to return it to me quickly. He was always polite and helpful, and we are grateful to him. The villa itself is ideal if you have young children. My
2 year old was delighted with the garden, the playhouse and loved the little pool. Indoors was reasonably well equipped and comfortable. Just check about the top floor double room which needs to be specified and an additional fee paid to use it. The villa is a really short walk (2 mins) to the beach which is just lovely - edged with fir trees so perfect if you want some shade without having to pay to rent an umbrella! And the water is really calm, clear and really shallow. Just perfect. Its also ideal for the supermarket, which was also a 2 minutes walk away. Its a bit further to Port de Alcudia - 30 minutes walk approximately. We hired bikes from the nearby bike hire place and that was absolutely ideal for getting in and out of town. What can I say. A lovely villa in a great location for us. Massive garden so no problem with getting the sun all day. Not in the centre, but a supermarket and 3 bars at the end of the road and about a 3 minute walk to the beach which was lovely and quite (compared to the busy beaches further along). A strip with a great choice of restaurants only a 10 minute walk and the centre of Puerto Alcudia only €5/6 in a taxi. The lovely old town about €6/7 in a taxi. Jose was simply the best host, didn’t bother us but there to help with any problems (not that there was anything major). Could this Villa be improved? Well a sunken pool would mean 6 stars, but that would inevitably make this villa more expensive and it is excellent value for the size and quality of the accommodation. Thank you Jose
