This beautiful 5 bedroom villa is set in the exclusive area of Cala Estancia 'Can Pastilla', only at 500 meters from the beach, restaurants and shops.
Set on three levels, the ground floor comprises a cosy living/dining room with satellite TV, a full fitted kitchen with compartment and a single bedroom and a shower room. A staircase leads to the first level comprising a master double bedroom with a full en suite bathroom including and 2 double bedrooms sharing another bathroom.
I the third floor there are another bedroom with 2 single beds, where is also possible to mount 2 more extra beds.
Outside you can enjoy our barbecue and swimming pool, and a ping pong table and darts.
To liven up your stay we have a Satellite TV (Astra), DVD player, and free WiFi access to enjoy with your laptop.
If you need a baby cot or high chair, please let us know in advance.
The ECOTAX is included in the price.

My wife, son and I stayed at this villa for 5 days. The villa was stunning. Very modern, contemporary, spacious and full of all mod cons. It was well maintained, clean and tidy. The beds were all very comfortable.
The pool was a good size to have a decent swim and play about in.
My son enjoyed the top balcony as he is into plane spotting and could watch the planes either taking off or coming into land depending on the wind direction.
This is an idea villa for a large family.
The villa is less than a five minute drive from the airport. There is a large Carrefour supermarket about a eight minute drive away where you can buy a huge selection of groceries and drinks. The sea front is a short walk away as are a number of bars and restaurants.
We will certainly be returning.

The villa was perfect for 9 people. The pool, equipment in the kitchen, the bedrooms, the bathrooms everything was clean and comfortable. Just one thing: he air conditioning wasn't cold and smelt very bad.. We had a great time in Mallorca and we will miss the villa. Thank you!
